Dana Hills pulls first team sweep in County history!

It was a historic day at Irvine Regional Park as Dana Hills High School achieved the first
"Varsity Sweeps" sweep in the 42-year history
of the popular Orange County Championships!
The Dolphin boys scored a stunning 59 points to win by 55 points while
setting a team-
time course record (75:32, a 15:06 average).
The Dana Hills girls kicked off the successful day by holding off a fierce
final-mile challenge
from Trabuco Hills to win 67-89. The Dolphin girls
timed 89:00 (17:48 avg) to record the #2 team time in meet history on the course!

What a great day! We would just like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication in making the
35th annual D H I the most successful in our history. We had over 3500 runners from 90 schools, traverse our campus,
and finished on time with no complaints from visiting coaches. The hours, days, and even months of preparation from
all of you really showed. If we named names this would become a novel. You know who you are!!Both teams performed at an all time new level, and we thank the families for the sacrifices and support you give to this program. Now we move on to 7 league Championships, and two berths in the California State Finals.
