DIRECTIONS TO CROSS COUNTRY MEETS

LAGUNA HILLS INVITATIONAL - The Laguna Hills Invitational is held at Laguna Hills High School at 25401 Paseo De Valencia in Laguna Hills. Take the 5 freeway to Laguna Hills. Exit Alicia Parkway and turn west. Take Alicia to Paseo de Valencia and turn right. Go left at the first light. Follow the directions for drop off and bus parking. 

MT. CARMEL INVITATIONAL, SAN DIEGO
Coming down from the North on Interstate 5 --- Los Angeles

SAN CLEMENTE HIGH SCHOOL - The Duel Meet vs. San Clemente will be held at San Clemente High School. From Dana Point, take the 5 freeway south to the Pico Ave exit. Exit Pico Ave and turn left and go under the freeway. After you pass McDonalds, the school will be on your right. The Cross Country Course starts and finishes on the track.

LAGUNA NIGUEL REGIONAL PARK - The Tri Meet with Mission Viejo and Capo Valley and the South Coast League Finals will be held at Laguna Niguel Regional Park. To get to Laguna Niguel Regional Park from Dana Hills High School, take Golden Lantern toward Laguna Niguel. Turn left on Crown Valley Parkway. Turn right on La Paz Road. Continue for about a mile and the park entrance will be on your left. 

IRVINE REGIONAL PARK - The Orange County Championships will be held at Irvine Regional Park. Irvine Regional Park is located in Santiago Canyon, six miles east of the City of Orange. To reach the park you can take one of three routes: 1) Take the Newport Freeway (#55) to the Chapman Avenue East offramp. Head east on Chapman for approximately five miles. Turn left on Jamboree for one fourth a mile to the park entrance, or 2) Take the 5 freeway to Jamboree. Exit Jamboree and go right. Continue until Jamboree ends and you will be at the entrance to the park, or 3) Click here for directions using the Toll Roads. The Toll Road route is more direct than the above directions taking you on the 55 freeway. There is a fee of $6 per vehicle to enter the park. There is usually parking if you arrive early. Please plan on long lines to enter the park and you might have to walk a long way to get to the meet area. There is no street side parking.

MT. SAC INVITATIONAL - The Mt. Sac Invitational is held at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut. To get to Mt. Sac, take the 5 freeway north to the 57 freeway north and exit at Temple avenue. Go left on Temple avenue for approximately 3 miles and you will be at the school. You will be able to see the track/football facilities on the left side of the road, but the parking lot is on the right side of the road. Park in the parking lot on the right side of Temple and walk through the underground tunnel from the parking lot to the track area. The starting line for the cross country course is by the lower grass field (past the track).

DIRECTIONS TO VARIOUS WORKOUT LOCATIONS

Aliso/Woods Canyon Park - The park is located on the border of Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo off Alicia Parkway, near Aliso Creek Road. From Dana Hills High School take either 1) Niguel Road to Alicia Parkway and turn right on Alicia. Continue on Alicia for about 1 1/2 miles and the park entrance is on your left next to the Mormon Church. or 2) Take Golden Lantern/Moulton to Aliso Creek Road. Turn left on Aliso Creek road and continue to Alicia and turn left on Alicia. The park is located on the right, next to the Mormon Church.

Chapparosa Park - Located in Laguna Niguel off of Golden Lantern. From Dana Hills take Golden Lantern until you hit Chapparosa Road (street is a stoplight; if you hit Marina Hills/Mc Donald's, you have gone too far). Continue down the hill to the bottom and you will run directly into the park.

Fire Station/Dog Park - This is located along Golden Lantern, just below Beacon Hill. From Dana Hills take Golden Lantern past the Edwards movie theatres and continue up the hill. As you begin to go downhill, the fire station/dog park are on your left. When the girls team meets here, they meet in the parking lot of the dog park.
