Work permits for Thanksgiving and Winter recess

Dana Hills High School will be closed during the school recess and work permits will not be issued during the following dates:

                                 Thanksgiving recess: Nov 19 - Nov 23
                                 Winter recess :Dec. 24 – Jan. 4^th

Work permit applications may be found outside the career center room 501 or in the  main office. You will need to:

          1. Complete student section
          2. Employer completes and signs employer section
          3. Parent statement signed by one parent or guardian
          4. Complete social security number
          5. Student must have a GPA of 2.0 or above
          6. Return to the ROP/career center room 501Allow 24 hours to process
