Honor the Valor Benefit Football Game
On Friday, November 2nd, the football team will be holding an event called Honor the Valor in order to honor the bravery and sacrifice of our veterans. There will be sixty five veterans being honored at this particular game, and each Dana player will be wearing a jersey with a veteran's last name on the back. At the conclusion of the game, each veteran will receive the jersey with their name in a display of gratitude. In honor of this event, we ask for all of the students to participate in a "black out," in which everyone in the audience wears either a black t-shirt, or an Honor the Valor t-shirt. On Wednesday and Thursday of next wekk, these shirts will be available outside of the activities window during lunch for ten dollars. We hope you can come out and support not only our Dolphins, but our veterans-the real superheroes.
Dolphins Fought Hard, but Tritons Prevailed
The Dolphins put up a good fight last Friday, but were defeated by SC 48 – 14. Mac Vail threw to Connor Hill for the first touchdown with Teddy Fitzgerald throwing to Luke Williams for the second.
